About Metal Invest Advisory

Metal Invest Advisory is an independent corporate and investment advisory firm focused on complex cross-border transactions and strategic financial structuring.

The firm supports entrepreneurs, private investors, and corporate groups in navigating institutional negotiations, international banking environments, and multi-jurisdictional business structures.

Our work combines practical commercial experience with disciplined advisory methodology, including project due diligence, risk evaluation, and transaction architecture suited to the regulatory framework of each jurisdiction.

We operate exclusively under formal advisory mandate and maintain a strict internal project filtration process to ensure that every engagement meets professional and institutional standards.

Our objective is to provide clear, pragmatic, and strategically grounded guidance while supporting clients through complex negotiations and long-term transactional execution.

Professional Background

Metal Invest Advisory is led by a senior executive with more than three decades of international experience across banking, corporate governance, investment structures, physical commodities and complex cross-border transactions.

The leadership background includes serving as Chairman of the Management Board of a commercial bank, followed by more than a decade in Switzerland managing and leading investment companies engaged in international corporate and financial transactions.

This experience extends beyond financial advisory into the practical execution of physical commodity transactions, including metals, crude oil and petroleum products, with direct exposure to refining, pipeline transportation, rail logistics, marine shipments, terminal operations, trade documentation and cross-border delivery structures.

The firm’s leadership also brings substantial experience in complex debt recovery and restructuring negotiations, including historical involvement in the recovery and resolution of interbank obligations and other institutional and corporate debt situations.

Over the years, professional engagements have included working alongside major international banks, legal advisers, audit and advisory firms in transactions, restructurings and strategic negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.

This combination of institutional banking experience, Swiss investment management discipline, commodity-market expertise and long-standing international professional relationships underpins the firm’s approach to complex mandates requiring discretion, independent judgement and disciplined execution.

Our advisory practice focuses on the coordination and lawful structuring of bank-supported transaction frameworks, including standby instruments, guarantee facilities, trade finance arrangements, and related institutional mechanisms.

We do not operate as intermediaries or brokers. We act exclusively under formal advisory mandate, ensuring disciplined communication, procedural integrity, and regulatory alignment throughout the engagement.

All matters are subject to independent due diligence, asset transparency, and confirmed counterparty positioning prior to any institutional progression.

Our practice is supported by long-established professional relationships developed through decades of cross-border engagement.

Mandated Financial Representation

Transaction Architecture & Risk Structuring

Transaction Architecture & Risk Structuring

We act solely as formally mandated representatives of our clients in complex financial and cross-border negotiations.

Our role extends beyond advisory consultation. We participate directly in structured discussions with institutional lenders, private capital holders, and strategic counterparties, safeguarding client interests throughout the negotiation process.

Engagement is undertaken exclusively under written mandate agreement. We do not participate in speculative introductions, informal capital sourcing, or undocumented negotiation processes.

Each mandate is approached with defined scope, controlled communication channels, and clearly structured compensation terms aligned with professional advisory standards.

Transaction Architecture & Risk Structuring

Transaction Architecture & Risk Structuring

Transaction Architecture & Risk Structuring

Our advisory approach is grounded in disciplined structuring, multi-layered risk assessment, and institutional compliance alignment.

We design legally sustainable transaction architectures suited to the regulatory framework of the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring that each structure reflects both commercial practicality and procedural defensibility.

No transaction framework is advanced without verified asset clarity, counterparty transparency, and defined collateral positioning.

Only projects meeting strict internal filtration standards proceed beyond preliminary review.

We believe that durable transactions are built through structure, not assumption.

Independent Advisory Practice

Independent Strategic Advisory

Independent Strategic Advisory

Metal Invest Advisory advises entrepreneurs, investors, asset owners and corporate groups on complex cross-border transactions and special situations requiring senior-level strategic judgement, disciplined structuring and direct negotiation support.

Our mandates may involve corporate and investment structuring, international banking and trade finance, physical commodity transactions, distressed assets, debt recovery and restructuring, institutional negotiations and complex multi-jurisdictional commercial situations.

We become involved where a transaction requires more than an introduction — where the commercial structure, counterparty position, documentation, banking framework, logistics, risk allocation and negotiation strategy must be considered as an integrated whole.

Each engagement is approached independently and on its own merits. We work under formal advisory mandates, with emphasis on confidentiality, counterparty transparency, regulatory awareness and commercially executable solutions.

Metal Invest Advisory does not operate as a broker or speculative intermediary. Our role is to protect and advance the client’s legitimate commercial interests through structured analysis, strategic positioning, negotiation and transaction support.

Engagement Framework

Initial contact via secure communication channels. → confidential introductory call → preliminary review → advisory mandate → structured execution and negotiations with banks, institutional counterparties and private capital partners.

All engagements are undertaken strictly under formal mandate and proceed only where project fundamentals, transparency standards and compliance readiness are confirmed.

Typical mandates involve complex cross-border transactions and strategic advisory situations.
All engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality and formal advisory mandates.

Experience

Senior advisory experience includes more than three decades of international business, banking and structured transactions.

Professional background includes leadership roles in banking, commodity trading and international corporate structures, as well as advisory mandates involving cross-border negotiations, capital structuring and complex commercial agreements.

Previous work includes interaction with major international banks, auditors and legal advisers in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Metal Invest Advisory acts as an independent strategic advisor on selected mandates where experience, discretion and senior judgement are required.

Engagements are accepted on a selective basis.

Initial discussions are subject to conflict check and mandate review.

The firm does not engage in brokerage, custody or regulated financial activities.

Professional Standards

Metal Invest Advisory operates under strict professional standards of confidentiality, independence and conflict management.

The firm accepts a limited number of mandates to ensure senior level attention to each engagement.

All assignments are conducted under formal written agreements.

• Long-standing advisory relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, corporate groups and international trading businesses across Europe, Switzerland and other selected international markets.

Enquiries are reviewed confidentially. Engagement is subject to internal review and acceptance.
